2. Warranty Policy

  • All Yuvraj Industries products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Under warranty, customers are eligible for a one-time replacement of a pumpset within a year, provided the defect is due to manufacturing issues.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, mishandling, lack of maintenance, or external factors (such as voltage fluctuations, water quality, etc.) is not covered under warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be raised through the dealer or subdealer from whom the product was purchased. For example, if a pumpset was purchased from Dealer B, all warranty claims must be made through Dealer B only.
